The American Tinnitus Association (ATA) is the national champion of tinnitus awareness, prevention, and treatment. The Better Hearing Institute is a 501(c)3, not-for-profit corporation which was created over 30 years ago to promote hearing healthcare across the United States. The organization is jointly funded by the manufacturers and suppliers who comprise the hearing industry in the U.S.

The League for the Hard of Hearing was founded in 1910 and is a private not-for-profit rehabilitation agency for infants, children and adults who are hard of hearing and deaf.
